Review forms are due by May 1st.  This means send your review forms in late April.   A late fee will apply after May 15th.  I will not be calling and reminding people they are late with their review forms. So it is very important to get your review forms to me on time.   Keep a copy of your review forms for your records.  You may ask the Post Office for a return receipt request, certified mail is not necessary... that only means I will need to go to the Post Office to pick it up.

Umbrella members reenrolling need to send in the re enrollment form with updated contact information along with tuition... this needs to be sent by August 15th, no later than August 31st to be considered continuously enrolled.  Please send this to the address above but change the attention line to read Re Enrollment...
