Support Group Membership Benefits
The tuition for the 2008-2009 school year will be
due by August 31st, 2008.
$ 175.00 1 child
$ 20.00 per each additional child.
A one time non-refundable registration and processing fee of $75.00 due at the time of enrollment.
You may select a payment plan; payment will be due on the following months...
September 1 October 1 November 1
If you choose the payment plan a $25.00 service fee will be added to your tuition.
Any bounced checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
A $50 late fee will be assessed on November 15th for all accounts with tuition still outstanding.
If you need a home visit to fulfill your annual visit requirement there will be a $100.00 fee pre-paid before the visit, this visit will need to be schedule through Tuesdi before May 31st.
We accept checks, money orders, cash and now accepting PayPal.
A 4% service fee will be added to the tuition schedule if you use PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards. YOU MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THIS OPTION.

Please ask about our High School Program, we will help you coordinate a college bound transcript and portfolio, this is an extra $125.00 per year for enrolled Umbrella members.

I understand that I am
ultimately responsible for the education of my child/children as per Comar
13A.10.01.05.
I am willing and able to meet the annual visit requirement by attending at least
one event between Sept 1 and May 31. If you are unable to attend at least one
event and need to have a home visit to complete your obligation the fee will be
$100.00 to cover travel and personal time.
I will maintain a record of our educational program and provide a resource list
documenting this by May 31st.
I will maintain internet contact with the Many Paths of Natural Learning yahoo
list and the MPNL
owner (s). Contact
should be available on a weekly basis at the least.
If I am at any time unwilling or unable to meet my obligations I will notify the
owner within 1 week. If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days,
membership in MPNL will become null and void and I will be required to review
with my county or seek another umbrella program.
If you do not plan to
re-enroll please send a letter indicating that you will not be re-enrolling with
MPNL, your signature is required and will be kept with your file.

Discovery, Sea Aquarium, Pet Farms, Snowtubing, Bowling, Moms Night's Out and
